Drying of products takes place in special equipment used in the food industry, which ensures uniform drying.
A fully automated process is used to obtain the specified size straws, with precise and clean cuts.
The ends of straw blanks often have burrs, which are removed using grinding devices. Many ends are processed at the same time.
Extra steam treatment of straws to speed up the bleaching process. The time of treatment with water vapor, its temperature and pressure are selected based on the desired whitening result.
This stage takes place with the help of a special professional device called the ozonizer, which provides high-quality and safe disinfection.

Production of eco straws from cane in Ukraine
The main advantage of eco straws is naturalness, natural processing and ecological manufacturing technologies. It is quite simple to make eco straws from cane, but each manufacturer has manufacturing nuances, a kind of know-how. Production Steps for Eco-Friendly Drink Straws
1) The collection of raw materials for the manufacture of eco tubes is carried out using a mechanized mowing. Then the reed is kept in open hangars with natural ventilation or in open areas.
2) Automated cleaning of the reed stem from waste (leaves, flower buds, knees). At the stage of cleaning and processing of reed blanks, no toxic, carcinogenic substances are used.
3) Cutting the cane into pieces of preset length (the length of the blanks is selected based on customer requirements).
4) Steam treatment of eco-reed straws.
5) Grinding of reed blanks for tubes. The ends of the workpieces often have a rough structure and burrs. Therefore, after cutting and steam treatment, eco-pipes are processed with a special grinding device and sanded to a smooth texture.
6) Drying of our cane products takes place in equipment used in the food industry.
