Straw production

Our production process is safe for the consumer and the environment; we do not use any toxic and/or carcinogenic materials when clearing and processing the Cane.

We dry straws using equipment verified by the food industry and effectively disinfect our product by utilizing Ozone treatment.

The straws are packaged into eco-friendly, sterile packing which is suitable for long-term storage and transportation.

The main advantage of eco straws is naturalness, natural processing and ecological manufacturing technologies. It is quite simple to make eco straws from cane, but each manufacturer has manufacturing nuances, a kind of know-how. Our consumers can be sure that eco straws are made without the use of toxic and other carcinogenic materials.

Production Steps for Eco-Friendly Drink Straws
1) The collection of raw materials for the manufacture of eco tubes is carried out using a mechanized mowing. Then the reed is kept in open hangars with natural ventilation or in open areas.
2) Automated cleaning of the reed stem from waste (leaves, flower buds, knees). At the stage of cleaning and processing of reed blanks, no toxic, carcinogenic substances are used.
3) Cutting the cane into pieces of preset length (the length of the blanks is selected based on customer requirements).
4) Steam treatment of eco-reed straws.
5) Grinding of reed blanks for tubes. The ends of the workpieces often have a rough structure and burrs. Therefore, after cutting and steam treatment, eco-pipes are processed with a special grinding device and sanded to a smooth texture.
6) Drying of our cane products takes place in equipment used in the food industry.
7) Disinfectant treatment - in ozone environment.

Ozone treatment
The current realities of life on Earth forced even those who previously had a distant idea of ​​this process to think about the rules of disinfection. Unfortunately, this happens often, the problem begins to be solved only after a real threat appears, and few people think about prevention.
In this case, it is not only efficiency that matters, but also the environmental friendliness of the sterilization method. Therefore, it is not surprising that the potential for ozone treatment is beginning to attract more and more attention from large manufacturing plants, given that ozone is several times superior in action to other disinfectants.

Antibacterial effect of ozone
Ozone is 3-6 times more powerful than ultraviolet radiation and hundreds of times more powerful than chlorine and other possible chemical means of sterilization. And most importantly, ozone treatment is a safe procedure with no side effects.
First of all, the antibacterial properties of ozone have attracted the attention of doctors. After numerous studies and experiments, it was found that in nature there are no forms of bacteria, viruses and microbes resistant to ozone. Medical specialists have also identified the ability of ozone to destroy Koch's bacillus, staphylococci and numerous types of aggressive viruses. Ozone destroys bacteria, fungi and tiny insects.
During the production and processing of eco straws, no hazardous chemicals are released from the cane. The result is a double benefit: sterility and environmental friendliness.

Quality control of finished products
At the quality control stage, we recycle the defective straws.
Defect is damage to outer surfaces, such as:
perforation;
the presence of residual contamination.

After the completion of quality control, eco straws are packed in sterile, eco-friendly, individual or group packaging, suitable for long-term storage and transportation.
All products are certified.
